Poppy Seed Pound Cake

For family gatherings this cake is a standard request. It's moist and easy. You'll come back for another slice!

• Yields: 1 twelve inch bundt cake

Ingredients

• 1  cup boiling water
• 1  box  yellow cake mix
• 4  eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 (3 1/2ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
• 1⁄2 cup  oil
• 1⁄4 cup poppy seed

Directions

1. Using electic mixer, combine the above ingredients using the general method listed on the cake mix box.
2. Add the poppy seeds last.
3. Pour into a greased bundt pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
5. Invert onto serving plate while still warm.
