Poppy Seed Maple Bread (Abm)

Good bread for toast. Cooking time depends on machine brand.

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 1  cup water
• 2  tablespoons canola oil
• 2  tablespoons maple syrup
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons poppy seeds
• 3  cups whole wheat flour
• 1  tablespoon active dry yeast
• 1⁄2 teaspoon orange zest, grated

Directions

1. Put ingredients in bread machine pan in order recommended by manufacturer.
2. Bake on medium crust setting.
