Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup light soymilk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and poppy seeds and mix.
- Add vanilla and soymilk.
- Pour into loaf pan. (Can also be made as muffins).
- Bake for 45 min or until done.
