Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1⁄2 cup cooking sherry
- 1⁄3 cup poppy seed
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1 (4 ounce) package instant fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together for the time required by the cake mix instructions.
- Pour batter into sprayed bread baking dishes (2/3 full).
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick to the center comes out clean.
