  1. Beat eggs until light.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
  3. Batter should be like heavy cream.
  4. Fill well-greased muffin tins or custard cups 1/2 full.
  5. Bake at 450F for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 350F and bake 20 minutes longer.
  6. Makes 12.
