Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons cayenne (Skip for Mild)
- 4 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons msg (accent)
- 4 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup cornstarch
- 1⁄4 cup baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup beef tallow
Directions
- Air Dry Chicken in Fridge then pat dry.
- Season chicken liberally as if doing a rub of BBQ.
- Let seasoning marinate into chicken 18 hours or overnight.
- Combine 2 Cups of Flour, Egg, and Milk .Add enough water to give it a light pancake batter consistency.
- Combine the other 2 cups of flour, baking powder, and corn starch.
- For regular chicken dip in batter then flour for tenders flour, batter, flour.
- Add Beef Tallow to your frying oil. Amount might have to be adjusted based on how much soybean oil you use.
- Fry of 345 Degrees.
