Popcorn Snack

A Christmas favourite! This is similar to the PoppyCock-type popcorn that you see in the stores.

Yields: 1 batch of poppycock

Directions

  1. Combine popcorn and peanuts.
  2. Melt butter and honey.
  3. Boil gently for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour honey mixture over popcorn and peanuts and mix well.
  5. Spread on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, stiirring occassionally.
  7. Reduce heat to 250F and bake till crisp (about 10 minutes).
