Popcorn Cake

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1⁄2 lbs mini marshmallows
- 20 caramels
- 1⁄2 cup canned salted peanuts
- 10 cups popped corn
- 1 lb M&M'
Directions
- In a double boiler combine butter, oil marshmallowsand caramels. Stir on low heat until melted.
- In a very large bowl mix peanuts, M&M's and popcorn together.
- Pour melted mixture over popcorn, stir until coated, stirring quickly.
- Press into a greased bundt pan and cool.
- Use a serrated knife to cut.
