Popcorn Cake

Ingredients
- 2 quarts popped corn
- 12 ounces salted peanuts
- 16 ounces plain M&M's plain chocolate candy
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup salad oil
- 16 ounces miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Melt oil, butter and marshmallows over low heat until melted together.
- Pour M&M's and peanuts in melted mixture.
- Stir in popcorn until all is mixed together.
- Press into greased angel food cake pan and let cool.
- Dump onto a platter and cut.
