Poor Man's Caviar (Halloween Dip)

A mellow cracker or pita spread. Serve as you would caviar. Use the shredded carrots as a touch of orange for a Halloween potluck. Otherwise leave the carrots out.

• Serves: 10-12
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) can pitted black olives
• 15  green olives
• 1  garlic clove
• 1  tablespoon olive oil
• 2  tablespoons  shredded carrots

Directions

1. Put all the above ingredients in food processor (except carrots) and pulse until they resemble caviar. Serve w/crackers.
