Ingredients

  • 34 lb  yukon gold cut into 3 x 1/4-inch  sticks or 34 lb  red potatoes, cut into 3 x 1/4-inch sticks
  • 2  teaspoons olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 14 teaspoon  garlic salt
  •  cooking spray
  • 1  tablespoon  chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and shake to coat.
  2. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes, turning once. Toss with chives.
