Directions

  1. In a small sauce pan combine pomegranate juice and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Boil for 1 minute longer (should be around 5 minutes altogether).
  4. Remove from heat and cool.
  5. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
  6. Freeze in airtight containers up to 3 months.
