Polynesian Steak Strips

Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin or 2 lbs round steaks, cut across the grain into thin slices
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon liquid gravy browner
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Place steak strips in slow cooker.
- Mix remaining 10 ingredients in small bowl.
- Pour over strips.
- Stir.
- Cover.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
