Polynesian Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 medium green pepper (cut into 1 in strips)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can beef broth
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons lemons
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked shrimp
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple tidbits
Directions
- In skillet, cook green pepper in butter until tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook until thickened; stirring constantly.
- Serve over rice.
