Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, reduced sodium
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 24 ounces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 whole wheat tortillas, 6 - inch
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
Directions
- in a large ziplock bag combine the first 6 ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes.
- while chicken is marinating sauté the onion and green pepper until tender.
- grill the chicken. Once complete cut into strips.
- warm tortillas and then top with chicken and vegetables.
