Pollo Al Mattone

This is a great marinade for chicken. It is easy and tastes great. I am not sure where I got this recipe, but it is a staple in our household.

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 4  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  teaspoon oregano
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  hot pepper flakes
• 6  boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients and marinate for 24 hours.
2. Great grilled on the BBQ.
