Polish Kielbasa Appetizers

Ingredients

• 2  lbs polska kielbasa
• 18  ounces beer (I use Miller Lite)
• 18  ounces barbecue sauce (your preference)
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions

1. cut polska kielbasa into 1/2 inches to 1 inches slices. set aside.
2. combine rest of ingredients in large pan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3. turn down to a simmer, add kielbasa.
4. simmer for 1 hour until tender.
5. serve and enjoy!
