Ingredients
- 16 ounces plum jam (or another fruit)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced finely
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine jam, vinegar, brown sugar, dried onion, red pepper, garlic and ginger.
- Bring to a boil, stirring.
- Remove from heat.
- If you are not using it right away and make a big batch, use standard canning procedure to be safe.
