Plum Jam

An easy recipe with no added pectin

Ingredients

  • 1 12 kg plums, pitted and chopped
  • 2 12 cups sugar

Directions

  1. Combine plums and sugar in saucepan. Heat until boiling.
  2. Continue boiling until mixture reaches 220 - 225 degrees.
  3. Pour into sterilized jars and process.
