Directions

  1. Combine plums, sugar, water and lemon juice in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to medium and boil rapidly until mixture will form a gel, about 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Amaretto.
  4. Ladle into hot jars and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
