Please Try My Sweet Potato Pie 2

My second version of Please Try My Sweet Potato Pie. I really liked this one and look forward to some reviews.

Ingredients

• 1  lb sweet potato (I used a combo of drained, leftover Thanksgiving candied yams and boiled sweet potatoes)
• 2  tablespoons butter
• 1⁄2 cup  condensed milk
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 9  inches  unbaked pie shells

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Drain and mash sweet potatoes and butter using a fork.
3. Using a mixer, mix in condensed milk, eggs, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.
4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes (until knife inserted in center comes out clean).
