Pizza Pasta Salad

Serves: 10-15
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) box tri-color spiral pasta (Bowties and Pene work well too)
- 1 (6 ounce) package pepperoni slices (you can also use stick pepperoni and just dice it)
- 1 (8 ounce) package fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (5 3/4ounce) can jumbo olives, halved
- 1⁄2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing (if you can find the Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing, go with that one)
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, to top
Directions
- Boil Pasta according to package directions. Make sure to drain and cool the pasta before adding other ingredients.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the Parmesan Cheese. Let marinade in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Before serving, add Parmesan cheese and toss.
- This recipie is great for adding your own ideas. I've made a greek pasta salad using tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives, feta cheese and greek dressing. Enjoy!
