Pizza Meatloaf

Hearty, delicious winter-perfect dinner that cost pennies and really goes the distrance. Combined two all-time favorites into one yummy comfort-food meal!   1. Preheat oven to 350. Line jelly roll pan with foil; coat with cooking spray. In large bowl, toss bread with milk; let stand until milk is absorbed, 10 minutes.
  2. To bread, add beef, 1 cup pizza sauce, eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, seasoning and garlic powder. On jelly roll pan, shape mixture into a 10 1/2"x5" loaf. Bake until meat thermometer inserted into center registers 160, about 1 hour, brushing with 1/2 cup pizza sauce and sprinkling with remaining 1/2 cup cheese during last 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. If desired, sprinkle with parsley and serve with pasta as a side dish.
