Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 9 ounces warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In mixer, mix flour, water, yeast and salt until it forms a loose dough. Mix in oil until incorporated. Switch to dough hook and knead for 15 minutes. Forn dough into a ball and place in an oiled bowl covered by plastic wrap. Proof in refrigerator for 24 hours.
