Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 inches flat bread (Boboli)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1⁄2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1⁄4 cup chopped Greek olive
- 2 -3 slices baked ham, chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425*. Spread olive oil over bread and coat crust with marinara.
- Arrange artichokes, olives, ham and capers over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
