Pittsburgh Style Ham BBQ Sandwiches

Yields: 6 sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1  lb ham, the thinnest shaved chipped and chopped
  • 6  fresh  hamburger buns
  • 34 cup Heinz ketchup
  • 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12 cups  Coleslaw, your favorite

Directions

  1. First mix your Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar in a separate cup or bowl to make your BBQ sauce. Rough chop your ham again and put it in a hot skillet to heat. Top ham in the pan with the BBQ sauce you already made and stir. Put ham on buns with ¼ cup of coleslaw on top. Enjoy.
