Pitas With Honey Mustard

Ingredients

  • 13 cup mayonnaise
  • 1  tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1  tablespoon honey
  •  salt and pepper
  • 2  cups  chopped  cooked turkey or 2  cups  cooked chicken
  • 1  cup  thinly sliced celery
  • 13 cup  toasted pecans, chopped
  • 3 (6 inch)  pita bread, halved (try wheat)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey and salt until blended.
  2. Stir in turkey, celery and pecans. Fill pita halves with turkey mixture. Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
