Ingredients
- 4 small mini whole wheat pita bread
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup whipped light cottage cheese
- 3 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
- Split open pitas.
- Heat in microwave for 10 seconds.
- Spread some cottage cheese on pita.
- Top with sliced bananas.
- Sprinkle Splenda and cinnamon.
- Place top back on pita.
- Place in toaster oven or broiler for about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
