Pita Chip Snacks

Ingredients
- 4 pita bread, 6-1/2-inch each
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350'F.
- With a pair of sizzors, cut pita into wedges. Separate the two sides of pita and place rough side down. With a pastry brush, lightly paint olive oil across the pita wedges. Sprinkle to taste, a generous amount of lemon pepper or one of the Mrs. Dash blends, using more or less than the amount stated above.
- Place in oven and cook for about 4 minutes or until the pita slices become dry and crisp and just start to turn brown around the edge.
- Serve warm or let cool and store in a freezer bag.
