Pistachio Cake and Frosting

This cake used to be called "Watergate Cake with Cover-Up Icing" so that tells you how long I've had this recipe!

• Yields: 1 cake

Ingredients

• 1  box  white cake mix
• 1 (3 1/2ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix (small box)
• 3  eggs
• 1  cup  7-Up soda
• 3⁄4 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄2 cup flaked coconut
• 1  cup  chopped walnuts

• FROSTING

• 2  envelopes  Dream Whip
• 1 (3 1/2ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix (small box)
• 1 1⁄2 cups  cold milk

Directions

1. CAKE: Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl all at once.
2. Pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
3. Cool completely and make frosting: Put all ingredients into large bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
4. Frost cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
