Piri-Piri Spice Mix (make your own)

Excellant on any meat, chicken, make it as hot as you wish.

• Yields: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons paprika
• 1  teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
• 1  teaspoon ground ginger
• 1  teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground piri-piri pepper (or cayenne pepper, add more if you wish)

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
2. Brush olive oil on meat then sprinkle or rub spice mix on.
