Pippi's Louisiana Crab Cake Recipie

Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh crabs
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs (Panko works best)
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for crab meat.
- Fold in the crab meat.
- Try not to break up the lumps.
- Shape into cakes.
- Pan fry or bake at 375°F degrees for 12-15 minutes or until evenly brown on each side.
