Pink Onions

Ingredients
- 4 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Cover onions with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain.
- Cover again with boiling water for another 5 minutes. Drain.
- Combine vinegar and sugar and pour over onions. Store in jars in refrigerator. Serve cold.
