Ingredients
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce orange Curacao
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 1⁄2 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Amaretto
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in order starting with the light rum on down in a highball glass over shaved ice.
- Stir.
- Pour dark rum over top.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry or edible flower.
