Pink Ham Appetizer Ball

Easy party appetizer! Made with deviled ham and pimento or red peppers. For Christmas, add some green onions or roll in chopped chives. Prep time doesn't include chill time.

• Yields: 1 ham ball

Ingredients

• 2 (4 1/2ounce) cans  deviled ham
• 1  tablespoon mustard
• 3  tablespoons chopped pimiento or 3  tablespoons  finely diced  red peppers
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 2  teaspoons milk

Directions

1. Blend ham, mustard and pimento or red pepper and form mixture into a ball.
2. Combine softened cream cheese and milk; frost the ham ball with the cream cheese mixture.
3. Chill. Serve with crackers.
