Pink Champagne Punch

This is great for an open house or a wedding reception punch. It's not overly sweet.

Yields: 35 punch cup servings

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans cranberry juice concentrate
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans  frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (7/8quart) bottle  chilled Burgundy wine
  • 1  quart  club soda, chilled
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles  pink champagne, chilled
  •  ice cube (plain or fancy)

Directions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, burgundy wine, club soda and champagne.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Serve immediately.
