Pineapple With Basil and Mint

Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1⁄4 cup slivered fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped of fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a pretty serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Serve with toothpicks and garnished with a basil or mint sprig.
