Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup liquid Crisco
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup pineapple juice, from can
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄3 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients and alternate the rest.
- Put margarine, brown sugar, and pineapple In a large skillet.
- Simmer until you are ready to add the cake mix.
- Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
