  1. Combine the chicken, egg white, teriyaki sauce, onion, pepper and mustard in a medium bowl.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat the grill and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Grill patties for 3 minutes. Open the grill and add one slice of pineapple to each patty.
  5. Grill for 4-5 more minutes.
