Pineapple Tarts Dough

Ingredients
- 500 g butter
- 120 g icing sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1 pinch salt
- 820 g plain flour
Directions
- Cream butter, icing sugar and salt until light.
- Add whole eggs and egg white.
- Slowly stir in flour, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before use.
- Bake at 180 deg celsius for 20-25 minutes (with ready made pineapple fillings).
