Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 5 -7 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake in a greased, quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Recommendation: Use more bread than what the recipe calls for. It just seems too wet and gooey unless you add more bread. (Add an extra 3-4 slices.).
