Ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb butter (1 stick)
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 5 slices white bread, cubed in small pieces
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Pour in entire can of pineapple and bread and stir.
- Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish(or 9" by 13" glass dish and bake at 350 for about 1 hours uncovered.
