  1. Soak gelatin in water.
  2. Heat pineapple.
  3. Stir in sugar, salt.
  4. When boiling, stir in soaked gelatin. Remove from heat and stir until dissolved. Chill until almost set.
  5. Whip cream. Add vanilla.
  6. Fold into pineapple mixture. Place pudding into wet mold. Chill 4 hours or longer.
