Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1⁄2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno peppers, seeded (optional)
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
