Pineapple Salsa

Wonderful with pork steaks or chops! Goes well with any bbq'd meats.

Yields: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  chopped fresh pineapple or 1 12 cups  drained  canned pineapple chunks, chopped
  • 12 cup  chopped sweet pepper, any colour
  • 14 cup  chopped cilantro
  • 14 cup  diced onion
  • 2  tablespoons  squeezed lime juice
  •  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. In a small glass bowl combine all ingredients, blend well.
  2. Refrigerate in airtight glass container for up to 3 days.
