  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in rum. Cool completely. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.
  3. Remove mixture from freezer; scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
