Pineapple Pie No Bake

Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can , crushed pineapple-undrained
- 2 (3 1/2ounce) boxes French vanilla instant pudding
- 12 ounces sour cream (separated into 8 and 4 ounce portions)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, blend undrained pineapple, 8 ounces of the sour cream, and both pudding mixes. mix well -- pour into graham cracker crust. smooth out to crust edges.
- For the topping.
- Mix 4 ounces sour cream, 4 ounces cream cheese, brown sugar & vanilla. Mix until smooth consistency. Pour/spread over pie. chill for 4 hours. SERVE!
