Pineapple Pepper Sauce

Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 pineapple, cut into small pieces (about 2 cups)
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a pan over high heat.
- When mixture comes to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm over vanilla or coconut ice cream.
