Pineapple Mustard

Another delicious sauce from Cuisine at Home for use with meats or poultry or as a nice ham glaze.

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup  pineapple preserves
• 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1  tablespoon honey
• 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill until ready to serve.
