Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 15 oz.can pineapple, crushed and drained
Directions
- Beat butter and eggs, add sugar. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
- Stir in pineapple.
- Bake in greased or paperlined muffin tins at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
